An opportunity to meet Tony Hogg, who is running to become the first elected Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Devon & Cornwall. Come along to find out more about the role of the PCC and how our candidate plans on improving our local police force.
Tony Hogg was Commanding Officer of Royal Naval Air Station, Culdrose, managing 3000 personnel and a budget of £81 million. His Naval career, spanning over thirty years, included officer training at Britannia College in Dartmouth, five ship commands including HMS Chatham based at Devonport, and as a Search and Rescue helicopter pilot and Squadron Commander. He saw active service in the Falklands War and the Arabian Gulf, and was awarded the Air Force Cross for his role in an audacious air sea rescue in 1978.
