Torridge Conservatives are celebrating increasing their majority on Torridge District Council following Richard Boughton's election in the Hartland and Bradworthy by-election. Richard won 408 votes, double the count of the Liberal Democrats who were defending the seat. They campaigned on an "Exit from Brexit" and instead the voters of Hartland and Bradworthy saw an exit from Liberal Democrats being elected. Well done, Richard!
